President Donald Trump underwent a follow-up medical examination at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center on October 10, in preparation for upcoming international travel, with results confirming he remains in exceptional health.

Physician to the President Sean P. Barbabella conducted the evaluation, coordinating with academic and medical consultants to assess cardiovascular wellness. Comprehensive laboratory studies showed stable metabolic, hematologic, and cardiac parameters. Trump's cardiac age, measured via electrocardiogram, registers approximately 14 years younger than his chronological age of 79.

The exam included preventive screenings and immunizations, such as a COVID-19 booster and flu shot, ahead of Trump's scheduled visits to Egypt and Israel to oversee implementation of the Gaza peace plan. Barbabella noted Trump maintains a demanding daily schedule without restrictions.

Trump was diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency this summer, a condition common in older adults affecting leg vein function. Visible hand bruises in recent months resulted from aspirin therapy, which impacts blood clotting, combined with frequent handshaking. The White House confirmed no other health concerns.
